The workshop begins with a brief history of chocolate during which your taste buds are tested as you try to identify some of the different flavours used in Van Velze’s range.

It’s then time to put on your apron and enter the chocolaterie where the ‘work’ begins!

Learn the techniques of making your own filling and the secret of getting your chocolate temperature just right! A choice of dark, milk or white chocolate is available as your shown how to expertly dip, coat and decorate your creations. Bags, ribbons and stickers are provided so you can take your delicious mementos home to impress and share with family and friends!

Cost: € 55,00 per person
Duration: 2.5 hours

Maximum 10 people per class, minimum 6 people required for class to proceed.
Private group bookings can be made for 6 or more people on alternative days, subject to availability.
